Make educated decisions and have a plan in place to maintain compliance to your nutrition plan, and enjoy your meal. If you eat out regularly, be a little more strict on yourself to find good options, or begin to locate restaurants that have a meal you enjoy that keeps you on track.

Work on small bits of mobility EVERY DAY. A minimum of two minutes in each position (per side) and don't be afraid to spend 4 minutes some days. Those minutes add up over the week and don't take too much time at once. You CAN make these changes easily fit into your schedule. Don't get over excited day one and pick twelve spots to work in one day. You can't keep up with that. Pick two to three exercises and get in done in just a few minutes.
