Do it. Don’t worry about being strong enough, fit enough, tough enough. It’s a great workout, a lot of fun and the coaches and members are awesome.
We work on form every single day and it’s so easy to follow along and modify where necessary. Just stick with it! You’ll never experience poor coaching, over-crowded classes, or negatives egos. 5280 CrossFit is a special place and is super welcoming to everyone!

I was pleasantly surprised to find that this gym is very serious about technique and doing movements the right way in order to prevent injury. I was also pleased with how nice everyone is! It really feels like a little family.
The coaches truly love what they do and it shows in their passion for helping each member be better than yesterday. I’m yet to meet a member that isn’t friendly, willing to chat and be there with everybody else until the last rep. All in all, it’s just a great group of people that I would trust with my pets.
I remember looking at one WOD before going in and just had to laugh. Of the three movements that were part of the workout, I couldn’t do any of them. But, I showed up. The coaches made sure to go through every way to scale the workout before we got into it, and it was a non-issue.
The coaches are great! They work very hard to help ALL of us succeed and reach our own goals. 5280 has a positive vibe and I love going there. So glad I found them. It has changed my life!
I really appreciate the coaches. They give each member personalized attention, and help them work towards their goals. I would have never lifted weights at a traditional gym.
