Top-level athletes, successful business-people, and high achievers in all fields all set goals. Setting goals gives you long-term vision and short-term motivation. It focuses your acquisition of knowledge, and helps you to organize your time and your resources so that you can make the very most of your life.

While we believe in the physical benefits of CrossFit, we also believe in the mental, emotional and character development that takes place in the gym.  There is nothing quite as rewarding as setting goals, putting in the work and experiencing that sense of accomplishment when you achieve your goals.
