Share one CrossFit story… (funny, cool, inspiring, etc) In the beginning of CF, I was terrified of lifting the dumbbell over my head. Now, I have no problems doing it, it’s just a matter of how much weight to do.

What advice do you have for someone thinking about starting CrossFit? Join 5280 or at least try it for awhile. You’ll love the people and the coaches. It really meets every individual at where they are at. You determine what level you’re at and where you want to take it. You’ll never be bored with your workouts.

Tell us something most 5280 CrossFit members don’t know about you. I like to know what makes people tick. I enjoy learning about the unknown and unseen. There is so much to learn… so many books and so little time.
